Do we have to buy the whole ERP at once?
No. Every operational area is a separately licensable module. You licence admissions and fees now and add examinations or payroll later, and an unlicensed module is not present in your running system at all.
Can one platform serve several institutions?
Yes. Beej Academic is multi-tenant by design, so a group running multiple schools or campuses operates them on one platform with each tenant’s data isolated.
