Which biometric devices does Beej Attendance support?
It integrates with ZKTeco biometric terminals through the CZKEM SDK, reading enrolled users and punch logs directly from the device rather than depending on a manual export.
Does it handle night shifts that cross midnight?
Yes. Punches are paired against each employee’s configured shift window rather than against the calendar day, so a shift starting at 22:00 and ending at 06:00 is treated as one shift.
Does it support the Nepali calendar?
Yes. Bikram Sambat dates are supported throughout, so attendance periods and exported reports line up with the dates payroll and administration already use.
Can attendance data be exported for payroll?
Device log and summary reports export to Excel, so the output drops straight into an existing payroll process.
