Remote support for Windows: see and control a customer’s computer, look after office PCs unattended, and meet face to face
Beej Connect is how an IT shop or support team fixes a customer’s computer without the drive. The customer installs the app and reads out an ID and a one-time password; your supporter connects, the customer accepts, and you see and use their screen. Customers can give your company standing access to a shop’s billing PC or an office machine, so you can fix it while nobody is at the desk. Meetings with screen sharing are in the same app, and it is billed in rupees and supported in Nepali.

Help by ID
The customer reads out a 9-digit ID and a one-time password. They see your name and company before accepting, and every session gets a new password.
Full Control
Control the mouse and keyboard or just watch. Send the Windows key, Alt+Tab, Task Manager and Run, and switch between fit, actual size and full screen.
Unattended Access
A customer gives your company standing access to a computer, so any supporter can fix it from the list while nobody is there. They can take it back at any time.
Company Portal
Add and disable supporters, make admins, reset passwords, and see who connected to which computer, when and for how long.
Meetings & Calls
Video meetings for up to 4 people by link or code, or call someone by email and their app rings. Background blur, noise reduction and screen sharing with control.
Copy Between Computers
Paste text to the customer or copy text from them, only when you ask and only while they allow control. Text chat runs alongside the session.
Safe by Design
Encrypted connections, a clear “being controlled” sign with a stop button on the customer’s screen, and signed automatic updates.
Works Through Firewalls

Do our customers need to pay or create an account?
No. Customers download the free app, read out their ID and password and accept your request. You pay only for the people on your team who give support.
How much does it cost?
Rs 999 per supporter a month, or Rs 9,990 a year. VAT is added where it applies. There is no limit on the number of customers or unattended computers. The free Personal plan is for helping family and friends, not for paid support.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Sign up your company for a 14-day trial of the full Business plan with 2 supporters. No card or payment is needed, and nothing is deleted when it ends: everything is still there when you subscribe.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer or payment QR, in Nepali rupees, against an invoice we send you.
Can someone connect to a computer without the person there agreeing?
Only a company the computer’s owner has given unattended access to, and the owner can take that access back at any time. Every other session has to be accepted on the computer itself, and the customer can stop control or end the session whenever they like.
Which computers does it run on?
Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). It installs for the current user in a few seconds and does not need an administrator password.
